First painting project done

So we finally finished the painting in the kitchen and family room. He have some touch-ups but it is for the most part done. I have no idea how to decorate. I think in the entire house I have 4 things hung on the walls. I need some ideas of what to put on the plant shelf. Yes, the chairs do not match the table. I painted it black and it did not turn out so well. I will have to sand it and repaint it. I also want to get black chairs and 2 black barstools.
